Men and women are biologically different - especially when it comes to hormonal cycles. Unfortunately, many women go through life without truly understanding that the menstrual cycle can be a superpower when you learn to live in tune with it

Far too many women face hormonal challenges - from PMS and painful periods to hormonal acne, PCOS, endometriosis and infertility - and that is just a fragment of what a lot of women are struggling with everyday. 

By understanding the phases of the menstrual cycle, learning how to live in harmony with each phase, and supporting the body through them, women can significantly improve their quality of life.
