Green Goddess Juice

Juices can be an amazing addition to your wellness routine. Not only do they taste amazing - they also offer a variety of benefits for your body, depending on which ingredients you choose.

In today’s post I’ll share with you my favourite green goddess juice for glowy skin and amazing gut health!


Celery

Hydrating and rich in antioxidants, celery supports digestion, reduces inflammation, and is a great source of vitamins K and C.

Green Apples

Crisp and refreshing, green apples are packed with fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants, helping to support digestion and blood sugar balance.

Cucumber

Made up of mostly water, cucumber is ultra-hydrating, supports skin health, and provides essential electrolytes for overall wellness.

Lemon

A vitamin C powerhouse, lemon aids digestion, boosts immunity, and alkalizes the body while adding a zesty, refreshing flavor.

Ginger

Known for its anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits, ginger supports gut health, boosts immunity, and adds a warming, spicy kick to any dish or drink.


Recipe for 1 person

  • 4-5 Celery Ribs

  • 1 Green Apple

  • 1/2 Cucumber

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1 small knob of ginger (decide yourself how strong you would like it to be)

  1. Wash everything and cut into pieces.

  2. Press through a juicer.

  3. Serve with ice cubes. Enjoy!
